ABOUT US

The decision to create the Made In Multiples Corporate Logo Apparel company was the result of a collaboration between Dana and Paul Shriver. Mrs. Shriver’s background in Public Relations and the racing industry provided the impetus for the formation of this company. While constantly surrounded by race teams and their sponsors, Mrs. Shriver quickly realized how important it is for companies to display their brand/image. Through discussions with these organizations, she discovered how little attention most of these companies received from their apparel suppliers. Their company, and more importantly their brand, was being treated as a commodity. There was a significant lack of excellent customer service in the corporate logo apparel industry and Made In Multiples set out to correct that.

Mr. Shriver was raised in a "Blue Collar" city and Mrs. Shriver was raised in a small town. It is their experiences in these environments that provided the understanding of just how many "Mom and Pop" businesses are out there and their impact on the economy. It’s these small companies that are the backbone of this country, and they deserve to get noticed just like larger corporations. With this in mind, one of Made In Multiples goals is to provide affordable logo apparel for companies of any size.

As the parents of identical twin girls, and an incredible son, our life has become all about MULTIPLES! Twins are generally referred to as "Multiples", so that was a given, but having several responsibilities (in addition to managing this company!) including running errands/ soccer practice and the fact that companies typically need to order more than one item, the name "Made In Multiples" seemed to be a natural fit.

Based upon our experience, customer service today has become a lost art. People have become accustomed to providing just enough service to get your business. At Made In Multiples, it is our belief that a satisfied customer is not good enough. We strive to make the experience you encounter with your personal Account Manager, the best part of your purchasing decision.

One of the first differences you will notice about your experience with Made In Multiples is how we operate our on line catalog. While most companies require detailed information about you and your company or organization prior to showing you their prices, Made In Multiples allows you to browse our catalog and create a complete shopping chart prior to asking for any information; other than the zip code where the apparel will be shipped. When you finish "shopping" you will know your total costs including digitizing (the process of converting your logo/brand image into a form that can be used by our embroidery machines), apparel, shipping and taxes (if applicable). You are not asked for any personal information until you submit your shopping cart. Once you submit your information, you will be contacted by a personal Account Manager who will answer any questions you may have as well as guide you through the remaining steps that will ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Also, your Account Manager will always be your main contact with our company. You will not have to call an 800 number and speak with a different person every time you have a question about your apparel.

We appreciate you allowing Made In Multiples the opportunity to help you "Get Noticed!"
