The Made In Multiples difference begins with the design of our website. The website has been designed to quickly and easily provide customers with the information they are looking for. Unlike most logo apparel companies that require potential customers to submit pages of information about themselves prior to ascertaining prices, Made In Multiples allows customers to view every item (and price) or to build a complete shopping cart prior to providing any information about their company or organization. By filling in the shipping zip code, our potential customer is able to gather all costs (set up fees, digitizing fees, items costs, shipping and taxes) for their order. The majority of potential customers researching product on the internet want information and prices quickly and will leave a website rather than filling out the requested information. However, Made In Multiples has found that once a customer has decided to purchase customized apparel, they want to speak with someone to guarantee their product will turn out right. Rather than speaking with a generic customer service representative, Made In Multiples assigns an Account Manager to each customer who will then work to ensure the process goes smoothly. This Account Manager will always work with the customer on each additional order going forward.

Once a potential customer creates a Made In Multiples account (at no charge), they are able to upload their logos or images for use on the apparel. Our customer is then able to select the exact location for each logo placement on each item. This information is stored directly in each order and can be changed within the order so that some shirts, for example, could have the logo on the chest and some on the sleeve, purely at the discretion of the customer.

At Made In Multiples, our customer is able to order samples of almost all products to review features such as color, sizes and quality prior to placing their larger orders. In addition to placing a picture of the sew out on the website for the customer to review, Made In Multiples also sends a sample sew out of the logo for them to review and authorize. By having the sample in hand vs. reviewing on the computer, our customer will see the true colors used in the sample rather than possibly being distorted by an old computer monitor.

Once an order is placed, Made In Multiples provides a checklist within the order that tracks where it is in the process, for example when the logo was digitized; sew out mailed to the customer or when the final product is shipped. This allows the customer to quickly go online and know where they are in the process and when they can expect to receive their order.

Finally, Made In Multiples stores all orders online for our customer so that they can very quickly see what they have ordered in the past or what they were paying for their products in the past.
